Hello, I am Rachel.

I teach Mandala Flow, Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga. All of which I love for very different reasons.

Mandala is my absolute favourite style of yoga to practice and to teach. I love the creativity, the philosophy, working with our chakras and the challenge it evokes both physically and mentally.

Yoga has helped me in so many ways and especially on my pregnancy and postnatal journey. I am so grateful to be able to share this with others and be with them on their own journey during such a special time in their lives.
