Mums & Bubs Yoga


Classes focus on Yoga for you as a mum, gently encouraging you back into your fitness routine to build up strength and flexibility, whilst helping to repair your back, abdominals and pelvic floor postpartum, through core stability and pelvic floor work. With an awareness of your birth experience, physical or emotional outcomes, these classes will help you de-stress, relax and feel refreshed.
