Mums & Bubs Yoga

Classes focus on Yoga for you as a mum, gently encouraging you back into your fitness routine to build up strength and flexibility, whilst helping to repair your back, abdominals and pelvic floor postpartum, through core stability and pelvic floor work. With an awareness of your birth experience, physical or emotional outcomes, these classes will help you de-stress, relax and feel refreshed.

Lets Play - Arm Balance Workshop

Do you want to add a new dimension to your Yoga practice? Enjoy a couple of hours of playful fun and exploration? Get comfortable being on your hands? Then this is the workshop for you.

During this two-hour workshop, we will be looking at all the components that go into achieving arm balances. From bandhas, to gazing points and finding your sweet spot to enable you to take flight!

We will look at ways you can build strength and flexibility to help achieve the asanas and how we can use props to help you balance.

Pregnancy Yoga Course

Dedicate some time to yourself to enjoy this precious journey and connect with your baby through movement, yoga and breath work. These sessions will help you relax, stretch and breathe and leave you feeling refreshed and rested.

Classes are designed to support you during all stages of your pregnancy, giving you tools to use not only during your pregnancy, but at your birth and beyond. Gentle, calming prenatal yoga sequences focusing on preparing your body for birth; with controlled stretching, focusing on building strength and opening up key areas in the body to help during your pregnancy.

Classes will include pranayama (breathing) techniques, pelvic floor exercises, partner work and birthing positions. Each session will also include meditation and mindfulness that will focus on the connection between mother and baby.

Mum, Baby & Toddler Yoga

Yoga for mum were babies and toddlers are welcome! At My Tribe Studio and Parenting hub there is plenty to keep both babies and toddlers entertained. All the toys and equipment you would expect from a stay and play but mums get a yoga class out of it too.

Baby and toddler yoga poses will also be incorporated into every class for all stages.
